Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Biling account or using our service at norbiling.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Biling is a social media management platform that helps creators upload, edit with AI, schedule, and publish video content to third-party social platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use Biling.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not impersonate others or provide false information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using Biling you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service (e.g. AI analysis, storage, and forwarding to the social platforms you connect).

You confirm that you own the rights to any content you upload, or have the necessary licenses, and that publishing it does not violate the rights of third parties.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Biling to:

  • Publish illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
  • Generate spam, engagement manipulation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior on any platform.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or platform policies.
  • Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to extract its source code or models.
  • Resell the service without our written permission.

You must also comply with each connected platform's own terms (YouTube TOS, Meta Platform Terms, TikTok TOS, etc.). Violations may cause those platforms to suspend your account independently of us.

7. Third-party platforms

Biling acts as a tool you authorize to act on your behalf with third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those platforms. Their terms govern everything you do on them; if they change their APIs or policies we may need to adapt or remove features without notice.

8. AI-generated output

Biling uses AI to analyze, transcribe, and suggest edits to your content. AI output may be incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Pricing & billing

Free and paid plans are described in the app. Paid plans are billed in advance per the pricing displayed at signup. We may change pricing for new billing cycles with at least 30 days notice. Refunds are at our discretion except as required by law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or any third party's rights.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway, except where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
